Signup Instructions for Meets
Declaring attendance for Swim & Dive Meets and signing up for Volunteer positions very important to make sure each Swim & Dive Meet as well as our special events run smoothly. We ask that all parents complete separate Swim Only and Dive only for meets and Volunteer sign-ups throughout the season.
Information about Sign-ups:
Meet Sign-up: Separate Swim Only & Dive Only Meet attendance declarations will be opened for each meet at the beginning of the season. It is very important to declare your child's attendance so we know if they will be diving and/or swimming in that particular meet. Please make sure you complete both Swim Only and Dive Only for each dual meet so we can properly track. The earlier you can declare the better! Swim & Dive Meet sign-ups will close the Tuesday morning prior to each dual meet. This will allow time for the coaches to organize the meets.
Job Sign-up: Meet Job Sign-ups will open about a week prior to each meet and will close the day prior to each meet. Special event Sign-ups will be opened at the beginning of the season. Special Events include Donut Day and Time Trial Wednesdays.
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- YOU MUST Click 'Save Assignments'.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer/Diver Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athlete's name.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Not Attending
- IMPORTANT! : Click Save to record your choices.
